Included in each NAXOS subscription is a suite of tools designed to provide librarians and professors with the ability to make the most of their subscription. Static URLs to individual tracks allow linking from online learning resources. Playlists allow professors to create listening homework lists. Set timeouts ensure that no one abuses the service. And live usage stats allow libraries to track usage.

OCLC MARC Records
In conjunction with the OCLC Cataloguing Partners Program, NAXOS provides MARC records. For all CDs included in NML that already have records in WorldCat, OCLC has added information about the streaming resource and system requirements. Plus, 856 field data is included and is customized for each institution's URL so libraries can link directly from the record to the CD on NML. Analytical headings for tracks were added where appropriate. The first group has 3900 records, which comprises about 80% of Naxos discs on NML. Updates will follow.
Streaming Upgrade
A standard Naxos Music Library subscription includes streaming at 64Kbps; NAXOS offers an optional 128Kbps streaming speed upgrade (broadband or DSL / ISDN required).
